Each hug (lesson) carries divine power, soft enough to soothe wounds yet strong enough to release the weight of what no longer serves you. It is where compassion meets courage, and healing begins to flow freely.<\/p>\n<p>In this sacred space, we choose to HEAL OUT LOUD&#8230; using God\u2019s Words of restoration and affirmation. In doing so, we allow\u00a0love to be louder than our pain, to let grace cover what once felt uncovered, and to let God\u2019s arms wrap around us through the embrace of another.
