At the heart of 4HOPE Haven is more than a vision; it is a sisterhood and a divine level of family.
Behind every event, every detail, and every moment of excellence experienced through a 4HOPE Haven event, there are seven phenomenal women – Monique, Danielle, Jennifer, Cynthia, Jarquis, Sherica, Latoya – who stands beside me to bring it all together. When I was standing at the crossroad of uncertainty and obedience, they showed up. It was not by accident that they landed in my life, but by divine alignment. And their “yes” to the vision mattered.
These seven women discerned with me that 4HOPE Haven was bigger than an idea. That it was bigger than me. They understood that it was an assignment. They showed up in prayer, faith, and unwavering support. My beautiful sisters trusted the purpose God placed within me and chose to partner with it. Like the women who stood together in scripture – from Ruth and Naomi to Deborah and Jael – they understood that sisterhood is sacred. But more importantly, they understood that obedience births legacy.
At our first Annual Galentine Meet Up, six young ladies stood next to their mothers and aunties and watched them manifest something beautiful for the women in the room. These young ladies, ranging from age 10-15, witnessed up close what women being accountable for each other looks like. They witnessed the legacy of 4HOPE Haven that just maybe, one day, they will carry on. They will have a desire to pick up the mantle of their mothers/aunties. They will have the desire to carry on the calling to pour into other young ladies and women. It is not easy, but every minute, every sacrifice, every new testimony formed, is worth it. They work tirelessly behind the scenes. Long planning sessions. Early mornings. Late night texts. Strategic meetings. Vision casting. Event styling. Logistics. Prayer covering. They ensure every experience carries excellence, intentionality, and the spirit of empowerment that 4HOPE Haven represents.
What you see publicly is polished. What you don’t see is their sacrifice, their faith, and their commitment to making sure every woman who encounters 4HH feels seen, supported, and strengthened.
They are the builders. They are the intercessors. They are the executors of the vision God shares with me. 4HOPE Haven exists because seven women believed in one.
And I am forever grateful that at a defining moment in my life, God sent not just helpers, but destiny partners. And as we move forward in giving you our best, we look forward to your continued love, support, and faith in the God in us.
