I will support my sisters in valuing ourselves, acknowledging the safety, confidentiality, personal secrets, boundaries, and wisdom in our healing. The need for nurturing, empowering, and uplifting of my sisters.
I will honor diversity, multiculturalism, different views, needs, and wants. To open my mind, body, and spirit up to new ways of learning and living- fully accepting and respecting my sisters of all ages, races, abilities, and body types.
I will use my voice in kindness and respect, to share my thoughts, ideas, lived experiences, and introspections. And I will actively and unconditionally listen as my sisters courageously use their voice.
I will give myself permission to be vulnerable and transparent according to my comfort level.
I will fully invest in myself and my sisters by being authentic and unapologetic in who I am and who I was created to be. I will provide the greatest self-care physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I will reach out to my sisters on this journey so that they do not have to walk alone. To be a light so that they do not have to walk in the dark.
I will celebrate with my sisters in their blooming, in their shedding, in their thriving, as we all illuminate and radiate in the light of our healing, seizing opportunities to use our unique gifts to advance our soul’s purpose to empower each other.
